- Returns for store credit or exchange only may be made by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receipt of shipment and initiating shipment back to Not Just Mud! within the next 3 days. The UPS tracking system is used to determine receipt date of shipment.
- A Return Authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling NJM Gallery at (603) 433-4120. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
- All returns must be in original condition and packing and shipped via insured carrier within 3 days of receipt of the RA number.
- Shipping and handling will not be credited.
