Ordering terms and conditions...
- All items are handmade. There may be small inclusions, or bubbles as is common in handblown glass work. These do not detract from the beauty or value of the piece. The image shown on our web site is of the actual item you will receive. For Ponzini Art Glass, where pieces are similar, we show only samples of the series.
- Returns for refund may be made by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receipt of shipment. The item must be shipped back to Not Just Mud! within 3 days of receiving the RA number. A 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. The UPS tracking system is used to determine receipt date of the shipment.
- We do not offer net terms or ship C.O.D.
International orders...
- International orders (excepting CANADA) require a $200. minimum purchase.
- Canadian orders require a $100. minimum purchase.
- International orders, including CANADA, may incur a delay of 2 to 5 days before shipping for credit card verification. We will only ship international orders to the address on file with your credit card issuer.
- Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns and Exchanges...
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling NJM Gallery at 1-888-211-0311 or (603) 433-4120.

- Merchandise returned without an RA number will be refused by our shipping department. Be sure to mark the RA number on the shipping label of your package.
- Returns for store credit or exchange may be made within 30 days of invoice date. We ask you not to abuse this policy, however in case a piece does not work in your display the way you thought it would, we extend this offer to help you to feel comfortable ordering art on-line.
- All returns must be in original condition. We recommend shipping via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. If you mail a return via the Postal Service we cannot assist with any claims for lost shipments and any damaged boxes will be refused.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.
- Special Order items are not returnable.
- Light Bases are not returnable. In case of a defective item, they are exchangeable only for the exact same item.
